    OPTIFAST HP Formula is a high protein, full meal replacement product designed for use in weight loss and ongoing weight management. It is typically used by patients before and/or after bariatric (weight loss) surgery. OPTIFAST HP Formula has 10 grams of carbohydrate and < 1 g lactose per serving. It is an excellent source of protein and calcium and provides 35% of the Daily Value (DV) for 24 vitamins and minerals per serving.

    OPTIFAST HP Formula is available in vanilla and chocolate flavors. Simply mix the powder with a minimum of 3/4 cup (6 fl oz) cold water and enjoy!
